Tucked away in the small Alberta town of High River Highwood distillers has made large volumes of Canadian whisky and dozens of other distilled beverages since 1974. Undaunted by recent flooding and with more than three decades of aging whisky on hand the owners recently decided to emphasize premium whiskies. Ninety the latest of these is simply gorgeous.
