A complex nose with citrus fruits hints of sultanas barrel tones mild vanilla butterscotch and manuka honey. The sweetish palate is rich in stone fruits—peaches and apricots that merge into a vaguely pithy nuttiness then dried Mediterranean fruits: dates and figs.
