Carnival notes of candied apple cotton candy cherry cola and a hint of orange peel on the nose along with licorice burnt brown sugar and melted caramel. A deep rich palate offers notes of dried fruit toasty wood dark chocolate cinnamon spice and light herbaceousness. Wood char spice bitter chocolate and white pepper complete the finish. Thick chewy and remarkably complex for a relatively youthful bourbon. Water or ice recommended. (42 bottles)
