1792 12 year old Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon

A high-rye bourbon with the same mashbill as 1792 Small Batch this whiskey will be an annual limited release. The nose offers an inviting medley of chocolate-covered cherries pound cake buttered toast blackberry and licorice. The palate is mellow and honeyed with notes of cedar chocolate chip cookies blackberry jam coconut shavings and cigar wrapper all completed by a finish of brown sugar chocolate peanut shell and cracked pepper.
